Be not DECEIVED God is not mocked, whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. As we have therefore opportunity, let us DO GOOD unto ALL men ESPECIALLY unto them who are of the household of faith. Galatians 6: 7-10. No matter how bad it looks or how bad your body feels, don't give up. Trust in the lord and He will see you through it. It's hard to help someone else in whatever they are going through if you don't understand. With trials and tribulations come strength, wisdom and understanding. TRUST GOD!
